Artist Bio

Sydney-born and now based in the UK, Cooper is a stage, screen and voice actor who loves nothing more than stepping into someone else’s shoes. A graduate of the Academy of Film, Theatre and Television and a certified Stage and Screen Combatant, Cooper approaches every role with curiosity and a genuine fascination for character.

His voice has been heard across commercials for clients including Canva, Westpac, SAE and Oxford Landing Wine, as well as campaigns for both the New South Wales and South Australian Governments. In gaming, Cooper has brought memorable characters to life including Belphegor in Solium Infernum, Kurtis Sideman in The Mute House and Velnos Rozan in Killer Gin. His audio work also includes The Strata, Grimloch, The Sojourn, Cold Open Stories, and the Audie Award-nominated audiobook Wild Dark Shore by Charlotte McConaghy.

On screen, Cooper is known for roles in SBS’s Night Bloomers and Screen Australia’s Shippers, alongside feature film appearances in Livin’ the Dream, Little Monsters and as the voice of Satan in A Date with Death. His theatre work has taken him from productions across Australia to the Edinburgh Fringe, where he performed in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Julius Caesar.

Whether he’s voicing a demon, performing Shakespeare or bringing a commercial script to life, Cooper is always searching for what makes each character tick.
