Artist Bio

Katy is a Northern gem with roots that stretch from Darlington to Nottingham, now proudly calling Manchester home. Her naturally warm and grounded sound carries a sense of familiarity and comfort – the kind of voice you trust, laugh with, and want to hear again.

Katy’s love for character work began early (thanks, Shrek!) and evolved into a professional passion during her training at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, where she booked her first VO job before even graduating. Since then, she’s built an impressive portfolio – from theatre in education and R&D projects to short films and voiceover – always bringing curiosity, craft, and care to every project.

When she’s not behind the mic, Katy’s usually lost in a fantasy novel, levelling up in a game, or out exploring new depths as a keen scuba diver (she earned her PADI Advanced Open Water licence nearly a decade ago!). She’s a water baby through and through – calm, capable, and always ready to dive into something new.
