Pete McAuliffe has spent years getting people from A to B – and collecting a few cracking stories along the way. A working London cabbie with a sharp eye for the ridiculous, he’s heard just about every kind of conversation imaginable. Now, through his social media account, Pete shares tales from life behind the wheel with a growing audience of more than 30,000 followers.

It was his unmistakable Cockney voice and easy storytelling style that caught our eye. Pete has that rare, everyday quality that’s difficult to manufacture: he sounds like a real person, because he is one.
