Artist Bio
Andrew Gallo’s career is a perfect mix of heart, talent, and musical chops. With over 13 years in theatre, musical theatre, TV, and actor-muso productions, he’s all about telling stories with flair. When he’s not bringing joy to the West End stage in Mamma Mia!, you’ll catch him tackling Shakespeare with enthusiasm or breathing life into characters on-screen.
On TV, Andrew has embraced some downright unlovable roles—like the thug in Coronation Street and the rather despicable Nurse Gary in Pistol. But don’t let that fool you – off-screen, Andrew’s a gentle giant who’s more likely to be brewing coffee than breaking hearts (unless it’s in a role, of course).
Beyond the stage and screen, Andrew’s a true jack-of-all-trades. He’s an avid gamer who loves a good story-driven single-player game, and he’s probably rocking out on any of the multiple instruments he’s picked up over the years (we’re talking guitar, bass, drums, ukulele, mandolin, and piano). And when the mood strikes, he’s making homemade pizza in the garden – because Mamma Mia!
